At JWOOLS, we are committed to delivering your jewellery in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST are usually processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST will be processed on the next business day.
Important Shipping Guidelines
To ensure smooth delivery, please:

Provide a complete and accurate address, including House/Flat Number, Street Name, Locality, City, State, and PIN Code.

Add a nearby landmark whenever possible.

Ensure your mobile number is correct and reachable for delivery updates.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make the payment.
Damaged or Tampered Parcel
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

Do not accept the delivery.

All JWOOLS orders are securely packed before dispatch. Once a damaged package has been accepted, JWOOLS cannot be held responsible for any missing items.
Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to orders below ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders above ₹199.

An additional ₹30 COD charge applies to all COD orders.
Order value is calculated after discounts and promotional offers have been applied.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Each order can be shipped to only one address.
If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
You can also track your order from the My Account → Orders section on our website.

International Shipping
Currently, JWOOLS ships only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and dispatched.
JWOOLS reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

Payment verification issues
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders
